At House of Moissanite, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Custom or modified products (including moissanite bezel watches and other custom-iced items) may be subject to limited or no returns depending on the nature of the modification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalized products
• Modified watches (including aftermarket bezel installations)
• Sale or discounted items (if marked final sale)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
• Contact your bank
If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
